  1. iFIT Cards. More workouts that you can load in seconds. Simply insert the iFITŪ card into the console for more workouts designed by Certified Personal Trainers. You'll get visual and audio instruction to show you how to do each exercise. It even counts your reps and sets so there's no guesswork, just great results. You'll never run out of new workouts or better results.

    iFITŪ cards come in multiple levels. When you have mastered one level you can go on to the next. There are workout cards for every fitness goal; from building ripped muscle mass for men to toning long, lean muscle for women.

    Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone and define or just be healthy, iFITŪ Workout Cards coach you through each of your workouts. You will have a personal trainer telling you what to do, showing you how to do it and counting your reps and sets.   2. Daily Training Series. You get a series of 5 workouts for 5 specific days of the week. Designed by Certified Personal Trainers, each day focuses on a different area of the body. Best of all the NordicTrack Personal Trainer III has a 5-day series specific for men and a different 5-day series for women.
  3. Build and Tone. Do you want to build muscle and lose weight but you're not sure how? Select the Build and Tone Series and the Personal Trainer III will guide you through each exercise. You'll get the body you want with no guesswork.
  4. Muscle Target Series. With the Personal Trainer III's Onboard Personal Training you can target every major muscle group. Want bigger biceps? Select the arms series. Want toned legs? Select the legs series and the personal training will take you through each exercise to get the results you want.
  5. Manual Mode. If you already have a great workout routine you can program your reps and sets in the onboard personal trainer and it will keep track of your workout for you. It even tracks your rest time between sets. It's the perfect solution if you already have a program that works for you.
